**About the Role**:
As the Tech Lead Manager for Infrastructure, you will be instrumental in driving our engineering infrastructure to new heights. Your primary focus will be on developing cutting-edge developer tools and infrastructure to empower our engineers. In this role, you will:

- Oversee Global R&D Efforts: Lead the global research and development initiatives for the infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and technological advancements;
- Build and Expand Engineering Infrastructure: Spearheaded the development and expansion of internal infrastructure, including large-scale systems, data centres, and advanced content delivery networks, tailored to meet the needs of our engineering teams;
- Develop Developer Tools and Platforms: Drive the design and engineering of innovative developer tools and platform solutions. Your goal will be to optimize product engineering processes and operational efficiencies, creating an environment where engineers can thrive;
- Promote Product Growth and Technological Innovation: Ensure the continuous enhancement of our current product offerings, while actively exploring and pioneering new technologies and platforms. This includes staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation;
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new tools and infrastructure into the daily workflow of engineers. Lead your team with a focus on mentorship, innovation, and operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:
**What you should have**:

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing developer tools and infrastructure for a large engineering team.
- Strong background in system architecture, network engineering, and cloud services, with a special focus on developer needs.
- Demonstrated ability in leading and inspiring a team of engineers and developers.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Superior communication abilities, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
