**Summary**:

- Represents department at Country level and manages all IS/IT resources (whether or not they report to him), is in charge of satisfying the commitment made by department to local business entities
- Backed by local business representatives, facilitates department's BSS zone deploy and support IS/IT solutions and rationalize specific ones.
- Breaks down department strategic orientations into local progress plans
- Coordinate with Zone Security Manager to manage and develop IT Security program for the country

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and responsible of IT services and operation for Malaysia, Indonesia Vietnam and GEMS, Singapore per assignment.
- Manage the vendor partner to ensure they meets contractual obligations, leading to successful delivery of the project and IT services in countries.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation, maintenance, and upgrading function for the countries infrastructure to comply with the availability, quality, security and cost levels that department is committed to provide.
- Collaborates with PMs to ensure vendor partners are effectively managed and contracts are fully leveraged, resulting in effective cost management for IS/IT projects and policies deployment in countries.
- Assist internal business user by providing infra technical consulting and innovative proposal per request.
- Manage and develop IT Security Programs in the countries
- Facilitates relations between department's Central Services and local teams

**Requirements**:

- Years of experience in IT Infrastructure
- Knowledgeable in Information Systems and Technologies, Infrastructure Solution Design and Development, Components and Packages Integration
- Leadership to lead the team
