**Purpose of this role**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to assist with day to day operations of the HR function
- Responsible for preparing various reports related to HR operations function
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Follow, monitor and recommend improvements for HR operations processes and forms to ensure that all actions are conducted in line with Company policies and procedures as well as the best practices
- Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, resolving processing errors etc.
- Administer employee benefits in collaboration with various providers.
- Support HR projects
- Performs other duties as assigned

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals
- Diploma and above in HR, Business Admin or any other related field
- Solid experience in HR Operations/Administration
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Affinity with technology and systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
