Pricing Manager

**Job Summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity based in Singapore as an Asia Pacific Price Manager You will bring value by shaping pricing strategies, collaborating with product leadership, and distilling insights from data analysis to improve our price realization across Asia. Your role will be integral in transforming our pricing processes in Asia and supporting price initiatives across the Measurement Solutions organization.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Collaborate with Global and Asia pricing, product, and sales managers to drive price improvement initiatives to successful completion, improving overall price performance.
- Synthesize inputs from sales and product management teams to set prices and discounts for products in Asia with direct ownership of realized pricing in the region.
- Leverage data for insights, turning metrics and reports into actionable recommendations for generating market opportunities, revenue potential, and pricing strategies.
- Drive the adoption of new tools within pricing, sales, and finance teams to ensure consistent alignment with pricing strategy across region.
- Ensure systems capture critical data needed to manage pricing and ensure data inputs unique to region are accurately integrated into global pricing strategy.
- Support global pricing strategy and product development decision-making with detailed analyses of market opportunities and financial analytics in Asia.
- Develop and implement front line sales price realization strategies, programs, and tactics.
- Support new systems that provide control and visibility into transactional pricing
- Provide price guidance and deal support for key customers or new product launches to drive overall business strategy.
- Develop recommendations for incentive systems to drive price realization and behavior.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- MBA or/and Finance Degree or equivalent experience would be a preference.
