**Responsibilities**
- Drive pricing strategy and operationalise pricing process to ensure pricing actions align with business objectives and enhance profitability and market competitiveness
- Design and define pricing policies and guardrails; drive the adoption of new pricing initiatives through the organization, acting as change agent to promote a Strategic Pricing Culture
- Monitor Sales compliance with pricing policies and structure; ensure consistency
- Analyse pricing data, including competitor pricing strategies and market trends
- Provide management with information and policy/price change recommendations
- Support the business development/new product development process by providing pricing and margin guidance for new sales
- Work with Sales and Finance to develop pricing reports for Key Account Management
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure relevant pricing resources, feedback, and analysis are well communicated

**Scope of Position**
- Work across the Sales and Finance team in a young and vibrant environment

**Key Relationships**
- External vendors/suppliers
- Internal stakeholders across various departments

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing strategy / pricing knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and proven data management experience
- Proven managerial experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Tools such as MS Office, Google Tools
- Good Working Attitude
- Independent, team player and problem solver
- Willing to work in a young and fast-paced environment
