2. Business Finance Solutions
- Acquire additional cashflow for business expansion plans, new projects acquisition, new business opportunities, through our reliable network of financial institutions
- Unsecured Business Term Loan - Secure more than $500,000 fixed rate loans, payable up to 5 years, without collaterals, for Business needs
- Unsecured Trade Finance - Secure more than $500,000 trade finance, including LC/TR financing, Invoice Financing, Project Financing, without collaterals.

As we expand our operations in Singapore and Malaysia, we are looking for dynamic and driven **Remote Sales Specialist** to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong desires to be in a rewarding industry, who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Remote Sales Specialist**, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to final approval.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial situation and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

This role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the mortgageand business finance market in Singapore and Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice on mortgage and business finance options to clients in Singapore and Malaysia, helping them navigate the mortgage process from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying the best mortgage products to meet their needs.
- Liaise with financial institutions and lenders to secure the most favorable mortgage terms for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with current mortgage trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
- Offer ongoing support and advice to clients, even after the mortgage approval process is complete.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong desire to excel, self discipline and good work ethnics needed
- No experience required
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Loan Officer, or similar role in the financial services industry is a huge advantage
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients will be great
- Analytical mindset to assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions can be trained
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with mortgage-related software and CRM tools.
