**Freelance Sales Executive - Video/Photography Services**

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Freelance Sales Executives to join our team. As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for hunting new leads and closing deals with potential clients. Our company specializes in providing video and photography services, with a focus on offering package deals to real estate agents and interior design firms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively search for new leads and prospects in the real estate and interior design industries.
- Utilize the provided lead platform to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Update leads and track each sales process in our Notion CRM system.
- Effectively communicate the value of our video/photography services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and lead platforms.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage own schedule.

**Remuneration**:
This is a freelance position, and your earnings will be based on closed deals. The commission structure is tier-based, as follows:

- **5* closed deals / month **:10%* commission
- **10** closed deals / month **:15%** commission
- **15 **or more closed deals / month **:20%** commission
- There is no limit to your earning potential, as you will directly benefit from your sales achievements._
