Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles according to client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure timely communication and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or recruiter (agency or freelance).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with specific industry sectors (e.g., IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, etc.) is an advantage.

Type: Freelance / Remote

Compensation: Commission-based or project-based (to be discussed)
