**HEADHUNTER/RECRUITER (Remote/Freelance)**

You can be based in your home country and still be a Headhunter/Recruiter with us on a remote or freelance basis. This arrangement is curated as a result to provide opportunities to talents all around the world who might not be eligible to physically work in Singapore but possess the right experience & qualities for the job.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
- Maintenance of company database and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Participation in team meetings and staff events.
- Other ad-hoc projects as required.

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- Diploma/degree desirable
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong Sales and Recruiting background is a plus
- Prior experience in search industry preferred or at least 3 years commercial working experience
- Proactive and resilient
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent listening skills, strong communication skills and impeccable telephone etiquette
- **Planning and Organizing**: Ability to execute a variety of tasks on multiple projects concurrently
- **Judgement and Decision Making**: Ability to evaluate data collected and render sound recommendations
- **Writing Skills**: Ability to construct concise, coherent written summaries and be able to evaluate insightfully
