HR Admin Assistant

Handling office general administration and maintenance matters (Couriers, vendors, daily letter distribution, carpark Issues, daily HR Announcements, Tenancy Agreements, insurance, Singtel, credit card matters etc.)
- Maintaining proper files and handling issues regarding to Properties & Timeshares
- Assist on issuing invoices and receipts, keying in accounting data for assisting Finance personnel in generating monthly/ yearly Profit & Loss account & Balance Sheet
- Assist manager in HR matters
- Getting signatures from Directors/ Managers for important documents/ resolutions.
- Organising ad-hoc annual events & orders
Job Requirements
- Diploma / O level
- **Fresh Graduates Welcome**:
- Positive attitude
- **5 days work **(9am to 6pm)
- Work location at **Lower Delta Rd - Tiong Bahru area**:
- **Salary $2500 - $2800**:
- Start work immediately or within short notice
