Manager, Certification

**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

1-Net manages carrier-neutral Internet Data Centers, along with providing a comprehensive range of integrated services including network connectivity, managed services, work area recovery suite, cloud and media delivery services. 1-Net’s Data Center Corridor initiative currently interconnects key data centers in Singapore to facilities quick deployment and providing a diverse connectivity options for enterprises and service providers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role requires the individual to develop and drive effective audit and compliance programs involving certification management, compliance management, audit management, risk management, policy management, security awareness and training.

**Responsibilities**
- Drives & leads all Internal and External certifications & audits for ISO 22301(BCMS), ISO 27001 (ISMS), Cyber Trust Mark, OSPAR, PCI-DSS, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), etc.
- Provides re-certification and surveillance audit support implementation plans for ISMS, BCMS, OSPAR, PCI-DSS, Cyber Trust Mark and WSH.
- Conducts annual risk assessment and provides guidance to mitigate potential risks or conflict.
- Prepares and presents audit planning documents, procedures and finding/final reports
- Plans and performs audits and develops recommendations to improve business processes, controls, efficiencies, and effectiveness to ensure the company is following applicable regulation
- Recommending and implementing changes to address procedures and practices that are not compliant with industry regulations.
- Works with all service owners and Process Improvement Committee to continuously improve process & procedure
- Performs regular follow-up audits on non-compliant or high-risk breaches; promotes consistent method of improvement for IT governance, security and operational excellence across departments.
- Works closely with management, department head and interacts with external auditors as required.
- Stays abreast of relevant IT developments, implementations and standards in security and governance, as well as the relevant corporate policies.
- Ensures compliance issues are reviewed, addressed, improved, implemented, monitored and measured and documented.
- Provides awareness training and support to staff to ensure consistent standards across all sites.
- Completes special business projects as requested by management and/or the audit committee.
- Plans and Reviews the projects for business requirement, resources, timeliness and achievement of stated business objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field of study.
- Minimum 8 years of IT work experience, and had participated or facilitated IT system audit exercises (including min 3 years of relevant audit work experience).
- Good understanding of IT management processes, technology risks and internal controls and ISO standards.
- Completion of relevant industry-specific professional certification, such as ISMS/ CIA / CISA / Certified Internal Auditor will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge and experience with standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, MTCS, CSA Cyber Trust Mark and WSH.
- Meticulous and structured, able to deliver quality and through work, with eye for details.
- An in-depth understanding of the industry's rules, guidelines, and regulations.
- Organized and resourceful in obtaining required information to ensure accuracy of data.
- Self-driven and collaborative individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Possess analytical skills and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic working environment
