Reports to the Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager
- Coordinate and monitor internal Supply Chain operations
- Coordinate and monitor external service provider for customer order fulfillment
- Coordinate and monitor external warehouse for in time delivery of outbound shipments
- Coordinate and monitor external warehouse for processing of inbound shipments
- Keep logs and records of shipping documents
- Verify invoices from service providers to support Finance
- Create shipping reports to support Finance
- Communicate with internal departments to achieve KPIs
- Other duties as assigned included but not limited to duties setup above
- In midst of Office Relocation (from Changi to Seletar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
