Administration & Accounts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable **Administration & Accounts Manager**to oversee our administrative operations and manage the full spectrum of accounting duties. This is a key leadership role for someone who is hands-on, well-organized, and capable of multitasking across business support functions.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations and support staff
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Oversee procurement, office maintenance, and vendor contracts
- Manage HR-related tasks such as onboarding, staff records, and leave administration
- Prepare project quotations, monthly claims, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized company records and documentation
- Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting
- Manage payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IRAS filings
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial insights and support for management decision-making
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- **Education**:Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Experience**:At least 3 years in a similar role, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity
- **Skills & Tools**:
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Familiar with Singapore’s statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS)
- **Qualities**:
Strong leadership and people management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Trustworthy, discreet, and committed to deadlines
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries
- Knowledge in project costing and budgeting
