The Finance Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full Set Accounts**: Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business planning.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax regulations, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- **Process Improvement**: Streamline accounting processes and implement internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Invoice & Payment Processing**: Verify, enter, and process supplier invoices, execute timely payments, and manage petty cash and expense claims.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile supplier statements, monthly bank transactions (UOB), and utility bills, resolving discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting & Closing**: Maintain general ledger, prepare accruals, and assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- **Payroll & Tax**: Process monthly payroll and support Corporate Tax and GST return submissions.
- **Subsidiary Accounting**: Handle full set accounts for subsidiaries, including bookkeeping, director reimbursements, and subsidiary payroll.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Diploma can be considered.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
