Climate Impact X (CIX) is a Singapore-based global carbon exchange and marketplace that aims to scale the voluntary carbon market; through a joint venture by DBS, SGX, Standard Chartered and Temasek.

CIX offers distinct platforms and products that cater to the needs of different carbon credit buyers and sellers. The Exchange facilitates the sale of large-scale high-quality carbon credits through standardised contracts - catering primarily to MNCs and institutional investors. The Project Marketplace and Auction offer a curated selection of NCS projects that can meet corporate sustainability objectives. Each project on the Project Marketplace and Auction is supported by transparent impact, risk and pricing data.

**IT Application Support Engineer**:
CIX is looking for an enthusiastic, technically minded internally facing IT Application Support Engineer to help support our IT systems as we continue to grow.

Climate Impact X supports flexible working, given the nature of this role it is expected that it will need to be predominantly in office - flexibility will be afforded wherever possible.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the Joiners, Movers, Leavers process to smoothly onboard, modify and offboard users
- Support the generation of KPIs

**Key Requirements**
- Ideally 2+ years in a similar role, however open to an outstanding technically minded and driven graduate in a computing or related field who can demonstrate excellent knowledge and willingness to learn
- Ideally 2+ years experience in _either_ Microsoft Office 365 or the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence
- Advanced experience in the use of Windows, ideally as an administrator
- Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- Effective prioritisation skills in a multi-threaded environment to ensure deadlines are met
- ITIL or similar framework experience ideally
