**Position Summary**

The incumbent is in charge of ensuring that the company's technical standards are met and providing technical support to internal and external customers for concrete restoration and flooring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Involvement in regional concrete restoration and flooring product support & coordination with Head of Regional Technical Support.
- Provide day to day technical support for sales teams and applicators.
- Carry out investigation visits in response to product complaints or inquiries. Report findings using the appropriate processes.
- To conduct Technical training and to provide reliable on-site technical support for site personnel, applicators and sub-contractors in relation to the concrete restoration and flooring portfolio.

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Academic Qualification:_
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Technical Sales and Marketing qualifications would be beneficial.
- Professional Experience:_
- More than 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry, similar role and/or in technical.
- Knowledge & Competencies:_
- Knowledge in general construction and concrete technology.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
