**Accountabilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Implement CPE standards within GE’s quality assurance systems as assigned.
- **CPE Audits, Compliance and Reporting**: Coordinate CPE audits, reporting and ad-hoc requests as assigned. Execute the ERF registration process with CPE. Perform compliance monitoring of departments through activities assigned.
- **Records Keeping**: Maintain RC records in accordance to established RC processes for immediate areas.
- **GE Internal Assessment**: Execute internal assessments on GE departments and selected SIM GL departments as assigned.
- **RC Policies and Procedures**: Provide inputs to the review of RC policies and procedures; execute RC activities in accordance to established policies and procedures.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation**: Recommend and implement improvements to RC processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
- **Budgeting**: Monitor and manage the annual budget for budget items assigned by Managerial Leader.
- **Regulatory Advice**: Provide regulatory advice to departments for immediate areas in a timely manner; work with departments to address gaps in their processes where applicable.
- **SIM GE Handbook**: Coordinate the update and maintenance of SIM GE Student Handbook contents.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Academic Education**

Minimally a bachelor's degree.

**Work Experience**
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in higher education.
- Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.
- Experience in handling regulatory standards and internal audit involvement is preferred.

Not applicable.

**Skills**
- Proficient in mentoring team members.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
