Lead the execution of the Regulatory Compliance Matrix, including permitting and other deliverables for FPSO and Project. **General Responsibilities**: - Lead project regulatory compliance team and report to Project Manager. - Communicate with project team and instill awareness of regulatory requirement. - Interface with project team, consultants, client, Class and authorities during execution of the Regulatory Compliance Plan and Matrix. - Reference relevant Company Governing Documents and Corporate Standards in the management of the job scope and ensuring adherence to procedures. - Deliver regulatory‐compliant FPSO and ensure Project complies to all applicable regulatory requirement. QHSSE Duties: - Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights - Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare - Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department - Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process **QHSSE Duties**: - Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights - Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare - Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department - Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process **Key Duties and Responsibilities**: - Review, identify, and implement regulatory requirement for inclusion into project design, specification and project activitie - Attend PMT meetings and report progress to Project Manager, Planner and Client - Interface with Brazilian authorities, PMT disciplines/functions and client representatives for acquisition of permits, licenses and consents - Formulate and execute Regulatory Compliance Execution Plan and Regulatory Compliance Matrix - Maintain project regulatory folders - Establish and make available Project Library for applicable Brazilian authorities and Class requirement - Contact Class survey office to reactivate donor vessel to conversion yard / integration yard - Contact donor vessel Flag for tow/reactivation instructions - Establish UTG and other survey requirement for site team follow up - Interface with Class from donor vessel reactivation to FPSO Sail away - Conduct regular workshops with Class and Project disciplines to address open comments - Interface with project team, Class surveyors to address class punches - Handle and full fill Class document review requirement - Initiate preparation of all Class‐required Manuals and Plans as per regulatory compliance matrix - Liaise with Class Vendor Coordinator to monitor equipment and modules' certification status - Identify/evaluate high‐impact class comments for possible impact and alternatives - Assign responsible discipline for each open comment - Champion/expedite closure of Open Class/authorities comments (Technical and Survey) comments - Monitor Class document review cycles < 3 cycle) to avoid Vos - Assist Project Manager and Engineering Manager as required - Manage Class service delivery and ensure Class Deliverables in accordance to Class Scope of Work - Monitor and manage variation orders - Collate and handover certificates, permits, licenses and consents to Operations **Job Type**: Contract Schedule: - Monday to Friday
