**Job**Description/Preferred**Qualifications**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and test of image sensors and camera systems.
- Lead and manage engineers in the development of new laser sources
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and external suppliers, to define and execute project plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance and quality

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of light detection principles and semiconductor physics.
- Proven experience in image sensor design and camera system development.
- Extensive knowledge of laser sources, including in the ultraviolet spectrum.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
***Minimum Qualifications**
- **Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.**
- **Prior experience in an engineering managerial or leadership role.**
- **10+ years of relevant fields of engineering development with 7+ years of management experience**
