Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth process of onboarding a new CE, to receive an excellent first impression of EWI, showcasing the culture and values.
- Report to the Head of Operations and working closely to build a proactive culture within the EWI team.
- Report back to the Head of Operations on positive feedback or concerns within the CE’s have raised, and provide solutions with MI data as confirmation.
- Work alongside the Brand & Engagement team to understand the focus for the month ahead to support the CE’s with client contact.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to understand Advisers’ expectations and to support the CE’s with requests.
- Support CE’s by carrying out development plans and monthly 1:1 setting objectives and expectations
- Support CE’s with pipeline management, appointment bookings and workload, assessing requirements and make suggestions improvement
- Monitor Smart working to ensure team are continually productive with the support the need if remote working
- Create, manage and maintain training matrix for each CE to support self-development
- Responsible for all communication between the departments within EWI and the UK team, gathering feedback from the CE’s to support the improvement of business processes
- Establish firm relations with other SJP Partners to share ideas and experiences that can benefit the team
- Responsible for regular meeting updates within the team to ensure CE’s are kept up to date with changes and processes
- Support as and when required on wider business objectives
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant work experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent people management skills with good communication skills
- Great influencing and negotiating skills
- Self-motivated, independent and organised working in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Singapore financial advisory market
