**Key Responsibilities**
- Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product roadmap for crypto payment solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive product innovation and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology, sales, operations, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure successful product delivery and market launch.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements in various markets.
- Customer Experience: Enhance user experience by ensuring a secure, seamless, and efficient payment process.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Over 5 years of product management experience in payments, acquiring, or fintech industries; experience in crypto or blockchain is a plus.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the crypto payment industry with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective collaboration with global teams and clients.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
