**Job Title - Internal Sales**

**Location - Singapore**

**Summary and background**

Pragma is a fast-expanding cyber security consultancy with offices in Singapore, the UK and remotely in other parts of the globe. We provide cyber security risk and control solutions to various clients in Australia, Europe and the Asia Pacific.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Engage potential customers professionally and kindly while effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related activities, including call logs, lead generation activities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to communicate their value to potential customers effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights, discuss best practices, and collaborate on sales strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is required
- Strong verbal communication skills, including engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
- A commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position that typically requires 40 hours per week. Work is performed in an office setting and is expected to make a high volume of outbound calls daily. The work schedule may vary and may include some evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
