**Responsibilities**:

- To be an effective lead, overseeing the planning and provision of hospitality for fly-in VIPs and dignitaries including air travel and hotel accommodation.
- To liaise closely with ministries, government agencies, statutory boards, embassies and commercial vendors to ensure that the visiting dignitaries have a positive experience while attending official events in Singapore.
- To develop a broad network, build good rapport and maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders to ensure provision of high standards end to end hospitality for visiting delegations.
- To liaise with commercial vendors for the appointment and contracting of official travel agency and hotel accommodation for hosted delegations.
- To oversee the management of air ticketing and housing deployment for our hosted delegations.
- To manage multiple agencies and stakeholders to navigate complex hospitality issues and find effective solutions to meet needs and expectations required.
- To constantly review processes and SOPs and make recommendations to the Management to improve operating efficiency.
- To maintain strong awareness of developments and trends in the hospitality industry to ensure high standard, innovative and efficient hospitality provision for events.
- To form and train effective hospitality events team comprising interns/temp staff in support of key events.
- To manage relevant pre and post event administration for hospitality provisions for events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with 10 years working experience in hotel/travel/hospitality related areas.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication skills with client-service orientation.
- Effective stakeholder management with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good writing, planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Progressive and innovative mindset with keen eye on system effectiveness and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
