**What the role is**

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, OFFICE MANAGEMENT

**What you will be working on**

You will be part of the Office Management team to execute and front the customer services for the various corporate support functions within the organisation. This may include store management, telecommunication services, staff card services, corporate fleet management of motor vehicles and any other corporate support activities.
The roles and responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

- Provide customer service support, manage inquiries and assist with daily store operations at our one-stop service centre
- Execute store processes and transactions in accordance with established SOP and service level standards,
- Maintaining store system, monitoring inventory levels, issuing store items, packing and manging the parcel locker.
- Co-ordinate with Procurement and Finance on purchase order and payment
- Handle & co-ordinate with vendors regarding deliveries, good receipt & payment
- Any other tasks assigned to you within the scope of office management services

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE 'A' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to work effectively in teams as well as perform routine tasks independently
- Good communication (written and spoken), co-ordination and administrative skills
- Meticulous, driven and service-oriented mindset
