**Job Description
Assist in the preparation and provision of meals, have the responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene required.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support daily cooking
- In charge of food sending to household daily
- To support with daily and weekly cleaning of kitchen
- Support dry and wet storage organization
- Support food preparation according to requirement
- Ensure that daily production is according to diet requirement and production quantity
- Ensure that daily cooking is according to standard menu and recipes
- To organise and clean up prep and cooking area after usage
- In charge of daily cleaning and washing of soiled dishes
- Taste and check all cooked product during shift
- Oversee stock levels, ordering and food coasting

Requirement:

- Completed PSLE/GCE 'N' or 'O' level/NITEC/Diploma
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene Course (WSQ) certification
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
