**Job Title: Property Management Officer #SGUnited Traineeship**

**Job Type: #SGUnited Traineeship**
**Duration: 6 months**
**Reports To: Operations Manager**

**Role Purpose**: This position reports to the Facilities Manager and will in charge of onboarding and offboarding properties as well as the major maintenance of properties all under our care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the property operations flow from onboarding to offboarding and maintenance
- Optimizing the onboarding and offboarding the tenants and be part of initiative action to improve tenant experiences by increasing the NPS score
- Appointment and management of specialist contractors
- Tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Procurement of maintenance and repair services and parts
- Cost reporting and budget management
- Reporting on team performance KPIs
- Contributing to the development of standard operating practices (SOPs)
- Updating tenants on the status of open tickets

**Requirements**:

- Min. have a diploma degree as the highest qualification.
- Eligible for SGUnited traineeship, either graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2020 or 2021 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions; or, graduated earlier from the above institutions and completed National Service in 2020 or 2020
- Have experiences in data analytics and reporting.
- Customer service oriented
- Have excellent communication skills and proficiency using English for both written and conversations.
- Result oriented and ability to work in tights deadlines;
- Positive attitude and mindset.
