You will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring applicants for a variety of GTM roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, Technical Solutions, and other job families. You will collaborate closely with sourcers and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. **Responsibilities**: - Recruit and hire Cloud Go-To-Market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals. - Source active and passive applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research. - Discuss offers to close applicants by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary. - Communicate with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
