You will work closely with the Team, Hiring Managers, and People Operations (POps) cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless experience, while contributing to the team's overall goals. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. **Responsibilities**: - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants. - Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing applicants. - Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. - Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive applicants.- Work with the team to develop robust and overall pipe-lining strategies that also consider long-term engagement plans.
