Territory Product Manager

A sales leading and market analysis role.
- Engaging with field sales teams, channel partners in APAC to drive consistent, profitable growth and develop Open platform products in both consumer, commercial markets for assigned countries in a sustainable manner.
- Define and oversee go-to-market product, pricing, channel and marketing strategies for assigned countries.
- Deliver market insights to field sales teams, HQ Business Unit and marketing.
- Business simulations and management: including revenue, costs, profit, expenses control, teammates facilitation and management.
- Manage country product strategy, inventory and supply chain plan; allocate and adjust inventory fulfillment.
- Manage assigned products from maintaining the supplier relations to the development and marketing of the products
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to develop the market and secure supply reliability
- Perform regular in-depth market research of related market pricing, movements, supply situation and report market intelligence.
- Responsible for defining countries and key customers business strategies and implement execution plans to achieve consistent and profitable sales growth
- Work closely with the country business managers to maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities for the products and conduct periodic business reviews
- Assist the country business managers in developing customer contracts quotation and proposals and attend to customer queries and provide technical support
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3 years experience in regional product management in components
- 1-2 years existing partnership with Intel, AMD, experience with motherboard related commercial, SI and consumer partners.
- Technical knowledge in components is a must in order to work with internal development team on ensuring continual improvement of products.
- Network and experience in APAC countries ( Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Philippines, Japan, India, India, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Myanmar, Hong Kong )
- Able to perform efficiently in a fast paced environment and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effectively bilingual in written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with HQ in Taiwan and other APAC countries.
- Able to travel as required for business needs.
