**SOCIAL WORK ASSOCIATE
**1. **Reporting Officer**

You will report to the Senior Manager for all matters relevant to this role.

**2. **Duties**

**i. **Mentoring Support**

a. Support Programme Managers in assessing clients and planning intervention.

b. Coordinate sessions with clients to follow up on intervention plans.

c. Link up with community partners to support intervention.

b. Record session notes and intervention progress.

**ii. **Programme Support**

a. Support Programme Managers in executing programmes.

b. Track programme implementation including registration, attendance, pre, mid and post survey.

c. Support programme evaluation by tracking output and outcomes.

**3. **Skills Requirements**
- Strong writing and communication skills and comfortable with liaising with various stakeholders and able to extract information and translate it into reports for follow up.
- Resourceful and able to tap on available resources to solve issues.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes to meet the needs of the organisation.
- IT savvy and comfortable with collaborative technologies to support team communication.
