**Job Summary:
Function as a Medical Social Worker to provide bio-psychosocial assessment and intervention in management of patient care that meets standard of practice.
- Casework/Psychosocial Care
- Provide end-to-end case management support and appropriate level of care through assessment, care planning, interventions and evaluation of care
- Group work
- Assist in developing, conducting and facilitatin group work sessions
- Community Work
- Assist in implementing new and/or existing community support systems which bring about enhanced psychosocial well-being of the community.
- Program Development and Implementation
- Provide educational/clinical supervision
- Provide guidance, training and co-supervision to interns and fresh MSWs in their standards of practice delivery.
- Deliver education to patients/public
- Engage in research

**Job Requirements:
Education
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
