We are looking for a dedicated individual to case manage clients of SADeaf. Plan, coordinate, and implement projects and integration activities that promote inclusion and holistic development. Your efforts will directly contribute to Singapore being a more inclusive society.We offer: Flexible work arrangements Competitive salaries Generous leave 5-day work week A nurturing & supportive environment Rewarding work Key Responsibilities: Case Management and Counselling assessing clients' needs Manage, develop and implement clients' case or counselling plan Plan and organise case conferences and provide recommendations Co-manage the services and programme outcomes and providing statistical data Spearhead projects benefitting clients and the Deaf community Conducting Outreach and Public Education events To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognised university. Registered Social Worker Experience working with children Good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently A heart for serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training and are required to complete SgSL Level 1
