Singapore ATLANTIC CONTAINER LINE PTE. LTD. Full time

Develop and maintain internal control systems in line with company policies.

Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance, accuracy.

Monitor financial processes to prevent fraud, errors, and policy breaches.

Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.

Collaborate with departments to improve control procedures and operational efficiency.

Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SFRS.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Handle all statutory filings including GST returns, corporate income tax, Withholding Tax, and CPF where applicable.

Liaise with IRAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities for compliance and submissions.

Coordinate with tax consultants/auditors on tax computation, filing, and queries.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes if needed.

Prepare financial performance reports and advise management on key financial metrics.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Professional qualification such as CPA Singapore, ACCA, or CA Singapore preferred.

5 years of relevant accounting and financial control experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, GST, SFRS, and Companies Act.

Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle etc.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
