**Senior Sushi Sous Chef**

**Salary up to $7500 SGD per month, plus an annual bonus**

**Things you will be doing as the Senior Sushi Chef**:

- Ensuring the finest quality of ingredients is used in the preparation of Sushi.
- Responsible for preparing traditional Japanese Sushi rice.
- Expertly prepare different types of fish
- Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
- Undertaking inventory checks of food supplies
- Reporting any defective kitchen items to the HOD
- Working closely with other Chefs of all levels

**You’ll be a great fit if you have**:

- Experience as a Senior Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- At least 5 years of experience in destination restaurants or Hotels
- Been trained in traditional sushi preparation and presentation
- Excellent knowledge of all sections
- The ability to produce excellent high-quality Japanese food
- Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail.
