**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage paperwork of clients
- Preparation of proposals and data for clients
- Handle enquiries from clients
- Servicing of customers
- Data entry & accounting
- Manage schedule of managers
- Basic Microsoft office work & Basic Design work
- Finding new clients for the company (Able to do some telemarketing when required)

**Requirements**:

- Financial knowledge is a bonus
- Self motivated and meticulous to details
- Able to commit at least 3 months (1-2 days/ week)
