Senior / Assistant Director (Sg Healthcare Corps)

**What the role is**
- You will lead a team in promoting healthcare volunteerism, particularly in the context of growing the pool of trained volunteers who are able to contribute to direct care during peacetime and crises, with a view to better leveraging volunteers to alleviate manpower shortfalls and strengthen the resilience of the healthcare system. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
**What you will be working on**
- You will lead a dynamic start-up team driving volunteerism across the healthcare sector, with the goal of building up a corps of trained, committed and passionate volunteers to augment healthcare manpower in both crisis and peacetime. - You will drive and oversee the team’s business development efforts, with the aim of growing volunteer opportunities in patient-facing and care-related roles, to strengthen the nexus between healthcare volunteerism and the healthcare sector’s broader manpower needs. As part of this role, you will need to build and manage partnerships with management-level stakeholders across the public and private healthcare institutions, as well as the community care sector. - You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, overseeing operational functions such as recruitment and outreach, deployment and training operations, and engagement and recognition of in-service volunteers.
