- We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Specialist to review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers for various Bank initiatives.
- The role involves close collaboration with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Group Legal, and IT stakeholders to safeguard the Bank’s interests and optimize supplier value.
- Negotiating and reviewing IT contracts, ensuring compliance with bank policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Providing expert advice on contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and explaining contract gaps to stakeholders.
- Maintaining strong communication with internal teams to promote a robust risk culture and collaborative decision-making.

- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous in reviewing contracts and ensuring all terms align with organizational objectives.
- **Reporting Structure**:Reports to the Sales Manager, adhering to quality and environmental management protocols while contributing to improvement initiatives.
