Join Roche, where every voice matters.As an Procurement Contracts Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the dept on Capex contracts management and procurement.**The Opportunity:*** Project's Construction Contracts records and co- ordinate statistical feedback and data gathering eg. costing and contract administration; Keep track and report of any Variation on the Project;* Support cost saving initiatives and opportunities to meet project deliverables, objectives and Strategy; Attend meetings and compilation of documents etc., includes request vendor/bidders for new vendor creation;* Conduct pre-contract and post-contract work activities in line with RSTO policies and procedures;* Sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiation of quotation from different suppliers;* Tracks order and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and costs;* Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts;* Document estimates and supporting information including the estimate basis and assumptions;* Assist in the development of enquiry documents, including contractual terms and conditions;* Assist in the development of price list in conformance with the subcontract requisition;Issuances, receipt, perform commercial bid analysis, coordination of technical bid evaluation;* Assist in supplier performance data compilation, scorecard compilation;* Assist Roche representative to prepare preliminary and final bid tabulation including award recommendation;* Work with Roche representative to prepare Final Contract documents to
