THE POSITION

Title:
Project Manager

As Project Manager you will be responsible in supporting and facilitating the successful execution of projects within an organization. This position involves coordinating various project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure seamless coordination of project activities.

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Resource Management:
Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.

Monitor resource utilization and identify potential bottlenecks.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Communication:
Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates to relevant parties.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks to project success.

Work collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Salesforce.
