Corporate Affairs Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage portfolio of subsidiaries in Cayman, China (Tianjin), Ireland, UK and USA, including:
- Annual filings and renewals, and all ad hoc filings
- Reviewing papers for subsidiary board approvals and managing the approval process
- Incorporation and liquidation of subsidiaries
- Keeping proper records internally as well as ensuring that our corporate service providers maintain accurate records
- Supporting other departments and stakeholders on related enquiries, such as requests from auditors, KYC requests etc.
- Manage approval papers for the Board and management level committees, ensuring that proper records are kept in our various systems.
- Track department budget utilisation ensuring no overrun and manage payment of invoices by the department.
- Ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by Head of Corporate Affairs.
**Requirements**:
- At least a diploma in legal or related fields, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned workscope, or in corporate secretarial, legal secretary or similar roles in a multinational company or law firm. Experience in the aircraft leasing industry would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with demonstrable ability to manage multiple timelines independently.
- Meticulous and committed to high standards.
- Must be able to work within a team, collaborate with teams across the business, and manage and foster key stakeholder relationships.
- Versatile, resourceful and tenacious, comfortable working in an evolving environment.
