Singapore DayOne Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Join DayOne – Shaping the Future of Data Infrastructure

DayOne is a global leader in the development and operation of high-performance data centers. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, we've built a robust presence across Asia and Europe — and we're just getting started.

As we expand into new international markets, we're looking for talented, driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey. This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.

If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne's next chapter.

Headquartered in Singapore, DayOne operates across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, and Finland. As we scale our international footprint, DayOne is seeking a Corporate Affairs Manager to lead the headquarters function for external affairs across all our markets. This role sits at the intersection of government engagement, external relations, institutional partnerships and corporate responsibility, ensuring DayOne is consistently understood and positioned by policymakers, industry bodies and key stakeholders as a credible, long-term partner in digital infrastructure.

Working closely with country GMs, local GR, BD, agencies and internal functions, this role provides HQ-level oversight, stakeholder mapping, policy and reputation intelligence, and project leadership for priority cross-market initiatives. It is a high-exposure, multi-market role that combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Strategy & Mapping

  • Develop and maintain a structured, HQ-level view of priority external stakeholders across all markets, including government agencies, economic development bodies, regulators, industry associations, institutional partners and relevant influencers.

  • Define engagement priorities and sequences to support DayOne's long-term positioning.

Multi-Market Policy & Public-Sector Intelligence

  • Consolidate policy trends, regulatory developments and public-sector sentiment across markets.

  • Translate fragmented local inputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

External Relations & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Manage and strengthen DayOne's relationships with industry platforms, research institutions, economic agencies, strategic partners and public-sector-adjacent organisations.

  • Ensure DayOne has the right presence, representation and narrative in influential forums.

Cross-Market Strategic Projects

  • Lead and coordinate high-priority external initiatives such as market-entry engagements, institutional partnerships, government or industry delegations and strategic MoUs.

  • Provide structured project management across functions and markets to ensure clarity and alignment.

Corporate Positioning for Public-Sector Engagement

  • Prepare high-quality briefings, talking points and executive materials for leadership engagements with governments, agencies and institutional partners.

Corporate Responsibility & Community Initiatives

  • Shape and oversee a focused set of CSR or community programs that support DayOne's reputation and stakeholder relationships.

  • Ensure initiatives are credible, strategic and aligned with business priorities.

Public-Sector Reputation & Issue Monitoring

  • Track policy debates, regulatory signals and emerging external risks that may affect DayOne.

  • Coordinate cross-functional responses when issues span jurisdictions.

Internal Alignment on External Affairs

  • Ensure HQ, country teams and internal functions maintain a unified understanding of key external stakeholders, policy developments and engagement plans.

  • Help define escalation paths and decision frameworks for multi-market external issues.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in corporate affairs, external relations, public policy, government engagement or related fields

  • Demonstrated ability to work with government bodies, regulators, economic agencies or institutional partners

  • Strong capability in synthesising complex external issues into clear, structured insights for senior leaders

  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-level materials

  • Proven cross-functional project management experience, ideally across multiple markets

  • Ability to exercise judgment, discretion and stakeholder maturity in high-exposure environments

  • Experience in data centres, infrastructure, energy or technology sectors is an advantage

DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

If you're ready to grow with one of the fastest-moving companies in the data center industry, apply now and be part of our global journey.
