**Corporate Affairs**
- Develop the publication of corporate communications material through writing, timely updates and content creation for the organisation’s website and other digital platforms.
- Handle timely production of the Annual Report and ensure that published corporate information covers the charity transparency and governance checklists.
- Play active role in managing customer experience including feedback management and involvement in programmes to promote the well-being of residents and clients.
- Manage logístical arrangements for AGM, corporate events, campaigns and activities including preparing publicity material, fact sheets and press kits.
- Record keeping for the registered entity of LKH.

**Partnerships**
- Handle and support logístical arrangements for advancement activities and events.
- Manage existing and cultivate new corporate and individual donors and partners.
- Maintain donor databases, and conduct donor analysis and data mining.
- Provide administrative support for the department.
- Such other related activities that may be assigned.
