**Corporate Communications & External Affairs**:

**About the role**:
This role requires the commitment of a dynamic individual who can provide research, writing, analytical, and administrative, support, to assist Reckitt’s ASEAN Corporate Affairs Head, including with the development and delivery of position papers, communication packs, stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.

The role will report jointly to the ASEAN Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability/Asia Head of Issues & Crisis Management.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Conduct research and writing on the top five priority policy topics. This includes creating concept notes, developing key messages, drafting position papers, and writing letters.
- **Issues and Crisis Management**:Assist in the development of communication collaterals such as crisis playbooks, communication packs and holding statements. Conduct adhoc media monitoring. This will help us respond effectively and promptly to any crisis, thereby safeguarding Reckitt’s reputation.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide essential administrative support by developing concise briefing notes and meeting minutes. Will be tasked with creating visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations. To also provide logistics support, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
- **Assisting with internal and external comms** for Corporate Affairs - e.g., posting for Workplace, LinkedIn and other social media channels, developing infographics
- **Coordination of relationship with Corporate Affairs key partners/suppliers**

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Good knowledge of communications principles with skills in copywriting, editing, and content management.
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.
- Proactive and organised, comfortable in managing multiple tasks.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to team efforts and company goals.
