**Your Job**:
**The team**:
You will be a part of the Business Sourcing and Channels team who handles corporate (i.e. HR, Finance, Legal) and commercial positions (i.e. Sales and Client Success).

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Sourcing strategy development.** Together with your colleagues from the talent acquisition team, you will develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with Indeed’s talent acquisition strategy.

**Who You Are**:

- 4+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience either internally, at an RPO or recruiting agency
- Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies and out of the box thinking
- Strong market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent
- Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management/collaboration skills
- Business level Japanese and English in speaking as well as in writing
- Strong business acumen
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Able to generate, analyze and use data
- Proficient in handling ambiguity in times of change management
- Able to thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 68,000 - 95,000 SGD per year
