As we rise to a leading Global MedTech, we are transforming and optimizing our Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) function. With this transformation comes the introduction of 300+ new positions across the QARA organisation. To enable and support this surge, we recognise the need to build a TA function with varying roles and responsibilities. This includes multiple global sourcers / headhunters.

With the position being located within the JAPAC region, it is essential that you have knowledge of the Japan recruitment landscape, including an understanding of cultural nuances, local regulations, and market trends.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruiter, with a focus on the Medical Device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Japan recruitment landscape, including an understanding of cultural nuances, local regulations, and market trends.
- Familiarity with industry-specific platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage with talent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, always seeking innovative approaches to sourcing andtalent acquisition.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Japanese language is highly desirable.
- Understanding of best practice approach to talent attraction.
- Ability to manage competing demands with a strong focus on initiative whilst being flexible and adaptable when requirements change.
