NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Seoul cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.

We are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations of the three venues.

**Requirements**:

- at least 8 years of total Front of House experience in F&B with at least 3 years in fine dining (MICHELIN or 50 Best accolade). Experience in both fine dining and casual concepts is a strong bonus.
- Experience in leading a team of more than 10 people for at least 3 years.
- Training experience to uphold service quality and standard amongst Front of House members.
- Established network with beverage suppliers and extensive beverage knowledge. Able to guide the team in preparing a beverage list, pairings, and managing beverage inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and card terminal system providers commonly found in Singapore
- WSET 2 or higher a bonus
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Korean language ability a bonus.
