Operations - Fx Prime Brokerage Client Services

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The FX Prime Brokerage Client Services is responsible for delivering client transactional support functions for the FX Prime Brokerage business. The primary functions will focus on day to day Client Service controls, supporting FX PB clients. The FX team provides comprehensive operational services to the Prime Brokerage business across the globe, for FX PB trading products. The team is fasted paced and provides opportunities to learn, increase knowledge, and take on more responsibility.

You will be the end to end owner of the OTC FX trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery/training to the clients.

**Job responsibilities**
- End to end owner of the OTC FX trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery/training to the client
- Partner with client to understand business and service needs. Validate client requirements vs service offered and implement support processes in Client Services
- Responsible for managing and maintaining client BAU activity (mainly T based)
- Top Day Client and Desk Trade Exception Capture / Matching (Prime Brokerage)
- T+1 Client Exception Capture / Matching and trade input
- Client Real Time Credit Monitoring for FX Prime Brokerage trades
- Develop automation solutions that support the client

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Banking Operations/ FX Operations/ Confirmations and Settlements is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant disciplines

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Prior experience with client servicing is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Macros experience is preferred
