Join us as a Prime Brokerage Client Service Associate
- This is an opportunity to join our Prime Brokerage Client Service team, where you'll be building and maintaining relationships with external clients
- We’ll look to you to act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
- This is a fast-paced front office role in which you'll be contributing to providing proactive quality client services and customer experiences

**What you'll do**:
You’ll be accountable for the front-to-back coverage of allocated prime brokerage clients. You'll also lead client integration and manage all daily transactional activity including booking and monitoring exceptions and matching.

We'll expect you to provide full end-to-end service coverage for all new and existing clients in the FX prime brokerage business. This will be through the client aligned account model. You'll also improve internal and external client experiences.

You’ll also be:

- Monitoring client limit utilisation and increasing where necessary
- Escalating any high risk issues that will negatively impact the client relationship and the bank
- Regularly reviewing client processes and structures, providing regular updates to management on potential issues, efficiencies and changes
- Coordinating the onboarding processes across Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales and Product and testing with clients prior to going live
- Liaising with IT to establish client requirements and to develop new technical functions to process trades

**The skills you'll need**:
To join us in this role, you’ll have a highly analytical and numerate mindset with experience in a finance or banking environment. You'll also speak fluent business Japanese. Experience of FX prime brokerage would be advantageous.

You’ll also need:

- Excellent understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla and exotic options
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote a collaborative team environment
- A keen eye for detail
- Solid planning and organisational skills
