**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Junior BIM Modeller** to join our team and support the design, documentation, and coordination of projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

**This role is ideal for those with a foundational background in engineering, architecture, or construction, including individuals with a degree, diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec who may not have fully pursued their field but are eager to gain hands-on BIM experience.**

**Training and Development**

We offer a structured 4-6 week training program for all Junior BIM Modellers, covering:

- Fundamentals of BIM and its role in modern engineering and architecture.
- Hands-on training in software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced BIM professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, modify, and maintain 3D models in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD) to support design and construction processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate representation of design specifications in BIM models.
- Assist in preparing documentation, such as plans, sections, and elevations from BIM models for project submissions.
- Support the coordination of design elements and detect potential clashes within the BIM environment.
- Maintain organized records of model updates, revisions, and project information.
- Participate in meetings to communicate model progress and address technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum of a Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of BIM software (preferably Autodesk Revit). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other 3D modeling tools is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**: Understanding of construction or architectural drawings; knowledge of construction processes is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy in model elements and adhere to project specifications.
- **Willingness to Learn**: Eagerness to develop skills in BIM processes and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and project stakeholders.
