1. Role Description
The role & responsibility of Business Development Manager is to lead and manage all aspects of the business development process, from lead identification and qualification through to campaign launch and partner relationship management.
2. Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business.
- Create a strategy for Regional Brand and Entertainment partnerships, including identifying which markets to focus on
- Analyzing opportunities from a business perspective, reaching out to potential brand partners, and managing campaign execution and impact measurement.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Work cross-functionally and build relationships with a number of external teams and internal teams.
- Track and communicate campaign progress to all relevant internal teams.
3. Competencies
- Ability to learn to facilitate effective communication with a range of stakeholders and people, both internally and externally.
- Monitor customer relationships and review business development metrics
- Ability to create a good working relationships with other teams with collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to look new sources and opportunities and respond well when facing different challenges.
- Able to respond to service challenges
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
4. Duration of Traineeships - 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500 to $3,800
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship
